About the Role
As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for various clients. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with potential candidates, understanding their skills and experience, and matching them with suitable job openings. You will work from the comfort of your own home, utilizing your communication skills to connect with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent for various clients through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, understanding their skills, experience, and career goals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and fit for the job requirements.
- Communicate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with a pool of suitable candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, job openings, and client communications.
- Meet or exceed recruitment targets and client satisfaction levels.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Strong recruitment and placement skills, with experience in identifying and attracting top talent.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Certifications in recruitment or human resources, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI, are a plus.
