About the Role

As a Business Operations Analyst at Qualcomm, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Management, Operations, Analytics, or related field
• 0-1 year of relevant experience in internal ticketing and business operations
• Excellent Advance Excel skills
• Salesforce certification (plus)
• Ability to focus on details, multitask, and perform activities timely with quality output
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
