About the Role

This Techno-Commercial role at RAC IT Solutions involves analyzing client technical requirements, designing infrastructure solutions, and creating techno-commercial proposals. You will work closely with various teams, including sales, purchase, finance, and technical teams, to ensure smooth handover after deal closure. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze RFQ / RFP documents to understand client technical requirements and identify potential solutions.
• Design infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, networking, laptops, and workstations, to meet client needs.
• Prepare detailed hardware configurations and BOQ / BOM for client proposals.
• Create techno-commercial proposals, including pricing and SLA terms, to present to clients.
• Perform costing, margin analysis, and rental pricing calculation to ensure accurate pricing and profitability.
• Coordinate with OEM vendors, such as Dell, HPE, and Lenovo, for technical and pricing support.

Skills & Qualifications

• Enterprise server architecture knowledge to design and implement efficient infrastructure solutions.
• Storage and networking fundamentals to ensure seamless data transfer and network connectivity.
• Virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V, to optimize resource utilization and scalability.
• IT hardware configuration and infrastructure planning to ensure smooth operation and maintenance.
• B.Tech / BE (IT / Computer / Electronics) or Graduate with strong IT infrastructure experience to demonstrate technical expertise.
