Accountant cum Sales

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of Rajendra Timbers & Building Material Suppliers, including bookkeeping, financial records management, and customer billing. You will also be involved in sales coordination and counter sales, interacting with customers and promoting the company's products. This role requires a unique blend of accounting and sales skills, making it an exciting opportunity for a fresher to gain experience in both areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Coordinate sales activities, including preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data
• Handle customer billing and invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate payment
• Perform bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
• Provide sales support, including product demonstrations and presentations

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally or QuickBooks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
