About the Role

This role involves working as a functional consultant, where you will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of ERP, SAP, and CRM solutions. Your primary focus will be on understanding client business processes, gathering functional requirements, and configuring software modules to meet their needs.

As a functional consultant, you will be the key point of contact for clients, responsible for ensuring successful project delivery and high client satisfaction. You will be working closely with the development team to coordinate customization and enhancement requirements, and will be responsible for conducting software demonstrations, client presentations, and solution walkthroughs.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client business processes and gather functional requirements
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, business process mapping, and gap analysis
• Configure ERP, SAP, and CRM modules based on business requirements
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement specifications (FRS), SOPs, and implementation documentation
• Conduct software demonstrations, client presentations, and solution walkthroughs
• Coordinate with the development team for customization and enhancement requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in BBA, BMS, BCom, MBA, BCA, MCA, engineering, or a related field
• 0 to 1 year of experience in ERP, SAP, CRM, or business software implementation
• Good understanding of business processes such as finance, sales, purchase, inventory, HR, or manufacturing
• Strong documentation, analytical, and client-handling skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and project documentation
