About the Role

In this Specialist, Mid Office Operations role at Randstad, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in the mid office, which includes tasks such as data analysis, onboarding, and document management. You will work closely with various teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your primary goal will be to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement in mid office operations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational bottlenecks.
  • Design and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees, vendors, and clients.
  • Manage and maintain document management systems to ensure accurate and timely access to critical documents.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for business decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure that mid office operations are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 0-4 years of experience in mid office operations, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in document management systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements, particularly in the business operations domain.
  • Certifications in data analysis, operations management, or a related field are a plus.
