About the Role

As a Research Analyst at Randstad India, you will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and providing insights to support business growth. Your day-to-day tasks will involve gathering and analyzing data from various sources, identifying trends, and presenting findings to stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to gather data and insights on target audiences, competitors, and market trends.
  • Analyze data from various sources, including primary and secondary research, to identify patterns and trends.
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track and analyze data.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including business leaders and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and implement research findings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and adapt research methods and tools accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to gather data and insights.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large datasets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with market research tools and methodologies, including primary and secondary research.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and developments.
