Junior Accountant Hyderabad (India)

About the Role

As a Junior Accountant at RECEX, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Day-to-day tasks will include reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis, as well as maintaining proper documentation and recordkeeping.

This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general ledgers.
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Develop and implement financial reporting and analysis tools to support business decision-making.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP or other accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
• Basic knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
