About the Role

A Charted Accountant plays a vital role in ensuring the financial health and stability of a company. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing budgets, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be required to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial guidance and support to other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant tax requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in accounting software, including spreadsheets, financial modeling tools, and other relevant applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
