About the Role

We're seeking a talented Copywriting Intern to join our team. As a copywriting intern, you'll play a crucial part in creating engaging content that reaches hundreds of thousands of students, graduates, universities, and employers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop a blog strategy, creating original articles for Capital Placement and high-authority external publications.
• Research emerging trends in graduate careers, employability, AI, international work experience, and higher education.
• Write clear, engaging content that people genuinely want to read.
• Help shape our brand voice across websites, campaigns, landing pages, email marketing, and sales collateral.
• Write persuasive copy for Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other paid channels.
• Work alongside our SEO specialists to create content that's loved by both readers, search engines, and LLMs.
• Brainstorm campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and value propositions with the wider marketing team.

• Developed writing skills before AI became everyone's first draft.
• Understands tone, rhythm, and storytelling.
• Naturally spots awkward wording, unnecessary jargon, and sentences that simply don't flow.
• Curious and enjoys researching topics you've never encountered before.
• Can juggle multiple deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Actively seeks feedback because you know good writing is rewritten writing.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of your work.
