About the Role

As a UX Designer at Redwood Software, you will be responsible for crafting user-centered design solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize product ideas and iterate on existing designs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design into the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop user-centered design solutions for software products, considering user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize product ideas and iterate on existing designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business requirements and technical feasibility.
• Design and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design principles, and best practices to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with wireframing, user flow, and prototyping techniques.
• Understanding of design systems and their implementation.
• Basic knowledge of Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
