About the Role

As a Mortgage Funder at RFA Mortgage Corporation, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing mortgage applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order, and communicating with clients to resolve any issues or concerns. Key Responsibilities

• Review and process mortgage applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order
• Communicate with clients to resolve any issues or concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution
• Work closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business, or economics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review and process complex data and information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of financial principles and mortgage products
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports
• PC skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
