About the Role
As a Multilingual Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers from diverse linguistic backgrounds, including German, English, and Russian. Your day-to-day tasks will involve resolving customer inquiries, addressing technical issues, and providing timely support to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and resolve customer concerns. Your excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers will be essential in building trust and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German, English, and Russian.
- Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior support staff or technical teams as needed.
- Manage customer tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, resolve customer complaints, and implement process improvements.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to enhance customer support and experience.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve language skills, product knowledge, and customer support techniques.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as languages, communications, or business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, English, and Russian.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of customer support principles, including issue identification, ticket management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Certifications in customer support or languages, such as TOEFL or DELE, are a plus.
