About the Role

As a Remote Project Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various projects across different domains. This role involves working closely with project managers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment requirements and deliver high-quality candidates within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent for various projects, using a range of recruitment channels and strategies.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to meet project timelines and requirements.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to final hiring, ensuring seamless communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks to identify the best-fit candidates for each project.
• Collaborate with project managers and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate records.
• Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and project timelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields).
• 0-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a project-based or agency setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive candidate information.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Knowledge of retail and marketing principles, with a passion for the industry.
