About the Role

In this Agile Scrum Master role, you'll be responsible for facilitating daily Scrum meetings, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the team is working efficiently towards project goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to refine the product backlog, identify and mitigate risks, and implement process improvements. Your primary focus will be on creating a productive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings to ensure team alignment and progress tracking.
• Coordinate logistics for team meetings, workshops, and other events.
• Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it's up-to-date and aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and execute retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Track and report key metrics to measure team performance and progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure team alignment.
• Develop and maintain processes to ensure efficient team operations and continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
