About the Role
In this role as a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure seamless operations and meet customer demands.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be the face of the company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. You will also be involved in receiving, storing, and shipping products, as well as maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and reporting discrepancies.
- Receive, store, and ship products in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to ensure seamless operations, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Participate in inventory counts, cycle counts, and other inventory-related activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, customer service representatives, and logistics partners.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Inventory management certifications, such as the Certified Inventory Manager (CIM) or the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), are a plus.
