About the Role
As a Field Operations Executive at Rentokil Initial, you will be responsible for overseeing daily service operations in a designated service area. This includes executing service operations with a team of assigned technicians, ensuring quality of service delivery, and planning and executing Technician Performance Assessments (TPAs). You will also be responsible for coaching and training technicians to improve service quality, handling customer complaints, and identifying and resolving service delivery issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily service operations with a team of assigned technicians in a designated service area.
- Ensure quality of service delivery by effective supervision of technicians and adherence to company SOPs.
- Plan and execute TPAs for assigned technicians, with a focus on development programs and improving service quality.
- Coach and train technicians to improve service quality and resolve customer complaints.
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings and monthly operations meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination with the team.
- Monitor and analyze visit extraction notes for high infestation related service visits, and take action to address any issues.
- Drive service and product leads for assigned technician groups, implementing STA and T.I.M.E. coaching to create density of customers.
Skills & Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Chemistry, Zoology, or Agriculture.
- Proficient in computer applications and systems, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Well-versed in internal company systems, such as iCABS, STP, iAuditor, SRA, SQA, SQS, TPA, myRentokilPCI, Service Leads App, and U+.
- Desirable: prior experience in operations of pest management or service industry.
