Field Operations Executive - Tirupati

About the Role

As a Field Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a designated service area within the Branch. This includes ensuring the availability of qualified technicians, coaching and training them to improve service quality and customer retention, and maintaining compliance with service SOPs and safety protocols.

You will be the owner of your assigned service area and will be responsible for providing qualified technicians for the execution of services, including residential, commercial, and SME accounts. Your primary goal will be to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability of qualified technicians at all times as per Technical Training Guidelines.
• Coach and train assigned technicians to improve service quality and customer retention.
• Conduct daily stand-up meetings to explain safety and special instructions to assigned technicians.
• Ensure SCP devices are effectively used by technicians and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Ensure all on-site service documentation is up-to-date as per contractual requirements.
• Implement and comply with service SOPs, SHE golden rules, ATEX, and PINK NOTE.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Zoology, or Agriculture.
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and be proactive in planning and organizing.
• Technical knowledge of pests, service processes, chemicals, and equipment.
• Proficient in using computer applications and systems, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in operations of pest management or service industry is desirable.
• Familiarity with internal company systems such as iCABS, STP, iAuditor, SRA, SQA, SQS, TPA, myRentokilPCI, Service Leads App, and U+.
