About the Role
As a Social Media Executive at Rite KnowledgeLabs, you'll be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies for leading corporate brands. Your primary focus will be on LinkedIn, with secondary roles on Instagram, X, and YouTube. This involves developing engaging content, managing day-to-day execution, and analyzing performance to drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support social media strategy by assisting in creating platform-specific strategies aligned with client objectives, brand positioning, and business goals.
- Develop engaging content, including social media copy, LinkedIn posts, campaign messaging, and thought leadership content that drives engagement and supports business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day execution by maintaining content calendars, publishing schedules, posting and scheduling content, and supporting day-to-day social media activities.
- Support content creation by collaborating with writers, designers, and video teams to create engaging, high-quality content, reels, and videos.
- Drive engagement & growth by building audience engagement strategies and identifying opportunities to increase reach, visibility, and community interaction.
- Analyze performance by monitoring social media metrics, tracking campaign effectiveness, deriving insights, and recommending optimization strategies.
- Prepare client reports by creating insightful performance reports and presenting recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Digital Media, Business Communication, English, or related fields.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Experience in social media, content writing, digital marketing, or communications.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
