Urgent Hiring For Air Ticketing Agent/Air Hostess/Flight Attendant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Air Ticketing Agent, Air Hostess, or Flight Attendant to join our team.

As a key member of our aviation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers during their journey.

Responsibilities

• Flight Booking & Ticketing: Handle domestic and international flight bookings, issue tickets accurately using airline reservation systems and GDS platforms.
• Amendments & Cancellations: Process rebooking's, date changes, cancellations, and refunds as per airline and company policies.
• Customer Support: Assist customers with flight-related queries over calls, emails, or chats including fare details, baggage policies, seat selection, and special requests.
• Ground Staff Passport Checker: Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and departure processes, handle baggage, provide flight information, ensure passenger safety, and coordinate with airline and security teams for smooth airport operations.
• Flight Attendant-Cabin Crew: Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers during their journey, conduct safety checks, demonstrate safety procedures, and ensure all safety regulations are followed to keep passengers secure.

What You'll Need

• Education: 12th Pass, Under Graduate, Any Graduate.
• Skills: Ground Staff, Cabin Crew, Customer Services, Computer Basic Knowledge, Air Ticketing, Duty Manager, Hr Executive.
