About the Role
In this Accounts and Order Management Coordinator role at RMD Digital Accountants, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of accounts and order management, ensuring seamless financial transactions and customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on processing sales orders, managing accounts receivable and payable, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any queries or issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders and manage order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, credit notes, and payments.
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer information, order details, and financial records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally or QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
