About the Role
Join Rooman Technologies as a Business Development Associate in Bangalore. This full-time role offers a salary of ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,20,000.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying potential corporate clients using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and internal databases.
- Conducting cold calls, cold visits, and mass emailing campaigns.
- Connecting with prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Presenting Rooman’s corporate IT training solutions tailored to client needs.
- Escalating qualified prospects for second-level meetings with senior managers.
- Negotiating terms and close deals with corporate clients.
- Drafting and delivering proposals, presentations, and training solution documents.
- Maintaining accurate records of meetings, calls, and prospecting activities.
- Collaborating with senior managers to align on strategy and client requirements.
- Supporting in organizing corporate demos, webinars, and training showcases.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong social media marketing and digital marketing skills.
- Proficiency in MS-Excel.
- Excellent English language skills.
