About the Role

As a Site Accountant at RSSR Construction Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the construction site, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining a strong understanding of the company's financial performance.

You will work closely with the project team to manage budgets, forecast expenses, and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including bank reconciliations and tax documents.
• Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with the project team to identify areas for cost savings and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including project managers and site engineers.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial accounting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Certification in accounting or finance (e.g. CA, CMA) is a plus.
