About the Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell health insurance products. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs, address their queries, and close sales deals. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell health insurance products.
- Understand customer needs and address their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Close sales deals by effectively communicating the benefits of health insurance products.
- Meet daily and weekly sales targets by working closely with the sales team.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and suggest changes to sales processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills to close deals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of health insurance products and services.
- Fluency in English and Tamil languages.
- Degree in any field (preferably in Marketing or Business Administration).
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
