About the Role
As a Sales Executive in the Sales & Marketing team at S2HR Solutions, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and staying up-to-date with market trends to inform sales strategies.
Day-to-day tasks will include prospecting, lead generation, and conversion, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales approaches.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
- Provide regular sales updates and insights to the sales manager and other stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, as set by the sales manager.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
- Knowledge of sales software and tools, such as CRM systems and sales analytics platforms.
- Certifications in sales, marketing, or business development, such as HubSpot or Salesforce certifications, are a plus.
