About the Role

As a CMA Intern at SAIPH BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, you will be responsible for assisting in financial accounting, budgeting, and forecasting tasks. You will work closely with the finance team to prepare financial statements, analyze financial data, and identify areas for cost reduction. This role is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Commerce or related fields who want to gain hands-on experience in financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Help in budgeting and forecasting, including preparing budget reports and forecasting financial performance.
• Conduct financial analysis, including ratio analysis and trend analysis.
• Assist in audit and taxation tasks, including preparing tax returns and conducting audit procedures.
• Help in cost management accounting, including preparing cost reports and analyzing cost variances.
• Assist in GST compliance, including preparing GST returns and ensuring compliance with GST regulations.
• Develop and maintain financial models, including Excel models and financial dashboards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a degree in Commerce or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features such as pivot tables and macros.
• Familiarity with financial modeling tools, such as Excel or financial modeling software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
