About the Role
The Technical Support Engineer as an Associate is responsible for helping clients with issues related to technical, assisting in troubleshooting issues related to the product, and providing successful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to support requests from customers and technical problems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose software problems.
- Solve problems related to configuration and products.
- Collaborate with engineers at the top to deal with technical problems that require expert assistance.
- Reproduce issues reported by customers within testing settings.
- Make detailed bug reports to engineering teams.
- Keep up-to-date technical documentation and information articles.
- Offer high-quality customer support and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
What You'll Need
- B.E., B.Tech, MCA or an equivalent technical certification.
- Between 0 and 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Interest in supporting technology and business software.
