About the Role
As a Pre-Sales Team Leader at Samrat Ventures, you will be responsible for leading a team of pre-sales professionals to drive business growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales and delivery teams.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and negotiate deals that meet both customer and business requirements. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will be essential in building trust with clients and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of pre-sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, site visits, and customer engagement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and marketing, to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Negotiate deals with clients to meet both customer and business requirements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to inform sales strategies and customer engagement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and drive sales growth.
- Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel to analyze sales data, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
- Experience with CRM software to manage customer relationships, track sales performance, and analyze market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
