About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for handling international voice and non-voice processes, ensuring seamless customer interactions and maintaining high-quality standards. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and adhering to established process guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving queries and addressing customer concerns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email and chat support software.
- Degree in any discipline (freshers) or relevant experience in customer service or process management.
- Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Basic knowledge of quality standards and process guidelines, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
