About the Role

As a Sales Development Trainee at SANeForce, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on lead generation, prospect qualification, and communication with clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Use CRM tools and sales-related software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and sales-related software, such as HubSpot.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of sales management principles, including lead generation, prospect qualification, and sales forecasting.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, processes, and sales strategies.
