About the Role

As a Founding Full-Stack AI Agent Engineer at Scalio, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered agents that integrate with various software systems. This role requires a strong foundation in full-stack development, AI/ML, and software engineering principles. You will work closely with the founding team to shape the company's product roadmap and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered agents that integrate with various software systems using Python, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain APIs, databases, and workflow orchestration systems to support AI agent functionality.
• Implement queues, workers, cron jobs, and webhooks to ensure efficient AI agent operation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents with existing software systems.
• Contribute to the development of AI/ML models and algorithms to enhance AI agent performance.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements to AI agent development.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong foundation in full-stack development using Python, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Understanding of database systems, including design, development, and optimization.
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration systems and APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
