Engineer I, Maintenance Operations

About the Role

Responsible for ensuring the uptime efficiency of machines in the respective cell, controlling process defects due to machine-related issues, training operators, and conducting preventive maintenance as per schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machine uptime efficiency and control process defects due to machine-related issues
• Train operators in the line and conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule
• Revise and update all documentation related to equipment departments
• Identify recurring problems and take corrective and preventive action
• Prepare reports on faulty feeders and spare parts consumption
• Carry out critical setup and adjustments on equipment
• Coordinate with quality people for line and process audit
• Generate new product programs for machines and release setup tables
• Maintain records as per Quality Record Master List

What You'll Need

• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronics, and mechanical engineering
• Ability to trace mechanical, electrical, and electronics drawings and schematic diagrams
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Good analytical skills
• Computer literacy in MS Office systems
• Knowledge of handling tools and multi-meters
• Familiarity with SMT and THT parts and its package names
• Understanding of important metrics of maintenance engineers like OEE, NEE, MTTR, MTBF, and Types of Breakdown
