Accounts And Finance Executive

About the Role

As an Accounts and Finance Executive at Seamsfriendly LLP, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data to help the company make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
• Process transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including GST and TDS.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and accounts.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally ERP.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
• Excellent bookkeeping and accounting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
