About the Role

This Social Media Marketing Specialist role involves managing SEREKO's social media profiles, implementing strategies for building brand awareness, and generating inbound traffic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, monitoring trends, and responding to customer queries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SEREKO's social media profiles and implement strategies for building brand awareness and generating inbound traffic.
• Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
• Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
• Benchmark current trends across social media and create relevant content around the same for the brand.
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.

Skills & Qualifications

• PQE: 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Passionate about the Skincare and Beauty Category.
• Experience working with marketing/media agencies.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Web Analytics.
• Well-versed in white technologies used in SEO.
• College graduate in any discipline, preferably in Fashion Communication or Media Communication.
