About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with clients in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This involves maintaining accurate records, resolving customer complaints, and providing timely updates on account status. As an Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.

Your work will involve a mix of administrative tasks, such as data entry and financial reporting, as well as more strategic responsibilities, like identifying new business opportunities and developing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues
• Process and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and submit financial reports, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing sales strategies and proposals
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information and account status
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and other accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of financial reporting and audit procedures
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
