For Accounts Executive - Reputed Gems and Jewellery Industry - Delhi

About the Role

In this Accounts Executive role, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing support to the finance team. Your primary focus will be on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. You'll also be involved in preparing MIS reports and ensuring compliance with GST regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection of invoices.
• Prepare and maintain general ledgers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of MIS reports, providing insights into the company's financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including filing returns and making payments.
• Support the finance team in reconciliations, audits, and other financial tasks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the finance team.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of GST regulations and compliance.
• Experience with accounting software, such as Tally or SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Certifications in accounting or finance, such as CA or CMA, are a plus.
