About the Role

In this Sales Co-ordinator role, you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely dispatch of products. Your primary focus will be on coordinating with internal teams and external customers to meet sales targets. You will also be involved in handling customer queries, purchase order follow-ups, and despatch follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Manage customer relationships, respond to their queries, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on purchase orders, ensure timely delivery, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of products.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and dispatch status.
  • Identify and report any sales trends, customer preferences, or market opportunities to the sales team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles, customer relationship management, and supply chain management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools.
