About the Role

In this role as an Insurance Executive at Shakti Pumps, you will be responsible for managing insurance claims, coordinating with insurers, and ensuring timely renewal of policies. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage insurance claims from inception to closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit MIS reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and insights on insurance claims and policy renewals.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with employees, stakeholders, and insurers to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of claims.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to insurance policies, claims, and renewals.
  • Coordinate with insurers to negotiate policy renewals, ensure timely payments, and resolve any disputes or issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in insurance claims management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, stakeholders, and insurers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with claim processing software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
