About the Role
In this role as a Field Sales Executive/Inside Sales/TL, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success to develop and execute sales strategies that meet business objectives.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our products or services as solutions to their problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales outreach efforts.
- Manage existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and develop their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services and their applications in various industries.
Skills & Qualifications
- Team management and leadership skills to lead a team of sales professionals.
- Strong sales process and sales skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Field sales and product sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Inside sales and business-to-business sales experience with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Cold calling and sales outreach skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build strong relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales performance data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
