About the Role
As a Content Moderation Intern at ShareChat, you will ensure content quality and platform safety by reviewing user-generated content, handling user grievances, supporting quality assurance processes, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain policy compliance and an excellent user experience.
Responsibilities
- Review and moderate platform content
- Perform quality checks across assigned domains
- Ensure platform safety and user experience
- Support quality assurance and moderation processes
- Coordinate with vendors for training and policy updates
- Resolve user grievances through the Intercom tool
- Maintain SLA and turnaround time (TAT)
- Analyze moderation trends and recommend improvements
What You'll Need
- Any Graduate degree
- Tamil (Written & Spoken)
- Hindi (Written & Spoken)
- English (Business Proficiency)
- Technical Skills: Content Moderation, Quality Assurance, MS Excel / Google Sheets, MS Word / Google Docs, Intercom Tool (Preferred), Data Analysis, Process Management
- Soft Skills: Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving, Time Management, Multitasking, Critical Thinking, Team Collaboration, Self-Motivation
