About the Role
As a Field Chemical Engineer at Shree Pharmacy, you will be responsible for traveling to various locations, including refineries and chemical plants, to oversee the production and quality control of chemicals. Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, as well as optimizing production processes to meet customer demands.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive business growth and efficiency.
This role requires a strong understanding of chemical processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor chemical production, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Analyze data and identify areas for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement changes and ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert guidance to the team.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including production staff, management, and external partners.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in chemical production, quality control, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with chemical process simulation software (e.g., ASPEN Plus, HYSYS).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
