About the Role
As a CRE Telesales Fresher at Shubhchintaq, you will be responsible for making reminder calls to associates regarding monthly offers, fostering effective communication with them, and following up on grievances until they are resolved.
Day-to-day, you will engage with associates, address their concerns, and provide timely updates on offers and promotions.
This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make reminder calls to associates regarding monthly offers and promotions.
- Foster effective communication with associates to address their concerns and provide timely updates.
- Follow up on grievances until they are resolved, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company offers and promotions to effectively communicate with associates.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales team on associate interactions and concerns.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively communicating with associates and promoting company offers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and resolving grievances.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Degree in any field (freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve grievances.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide regular feedback to the sales team.
