About the Role
As an International Sales Specialist at Signal Expert Global, you will be responsible for client acquisition and grievance handling.
Responsibilities
- Explain trading strategies, company terms, and market risk to clients.
- Generate prospects on a daily basis via telephonic, visual, and text conversations.
- Conduct risk profile management and trading strategies sessions with clients.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and research team to provide the best service to clients.
- Explore the global market and stay updated on current affairs to serve investors and traders.
- Achieve monthly tasks via client acquisition and lead generation.
What You'll Need
- Minimum graduate or postgraduate degree.
- Talkative, enthusiastic, and innovative personality.
- Knowledge of the global market, including Forex and Comex.
- Fluent English communication and sales and marketing skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, and responsible team player with exceptional relationship management skills.
- Experience in international sales, marketing, global market, and financial services is preferred.
