Key Responsibilities Assist in preventive maintenance (PM) of electrical systems and equipment. Support troubleshooting of electrical breakdowns to reduce downtime. Maintain and inspect motors, MCC panels, starters, transformers, and LT/HT systems. Assist in checking cables, earthing, electrical connections, and panel health. Support monitoring of plant utilities (power supply, DG, compressors, etc.). Participate in installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment. Maintain daily logs, checklists, and maintenance records. Follow electrical safety practices including LOTO, isolation, and PPE compliance. Support calibration/inspection of electrical instruments and devices. 2. Skills & Competencies Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, panels, and wiring. Familiar with multimeter, insulation tester, and basic electrical tools. Understanding of industrial safety practices. Basic exposure to PLC / automation (preferred, not mandatory). Good learning attitude and adaptability to plant conditions.
