About the Role
As a Client Support Representative at Silent Infotech, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries and issues. Your day-to-day tasks will involve responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting problems, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular feedback to the team to improve processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular feedback to the team.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the company by identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
