About the Role

As a Content & Social Media Management Intern at Silverhash Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging content strategies across various social media platforms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This role involves researching and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the team to refine content and social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
• Research and create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and tone.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, reach) to inform content and strategy decisions.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other visual content for social media platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Assist in managing social media campaigns, including scheduling, publishing, and responding to comments and messages.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the team on social media performance and content effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and content creation software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, email marketing, and influencer marketing.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms and audiences.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and ability to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.
