About the Role

As a Social Media & LinkedIn Growth Executive at SISGAIN, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and LinkedIn growth. Your day-to-day tasks will involve creating and curating high-quality content, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

You will work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals and ensure seamless execution of campaigns across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and LinkedIn growth.
• Create high-quality content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic) to optimize social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
• Manage and maintain social media presence across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on LinkedIn growth and engagement.
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Excellent writing, graphic design, and video editing skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
• Certification in social media marketing, such as Hootsuite Social Media Marketing Certification or Facebook Blueprint Certification.
