Talent Acquisition Intern
Job Description
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Sitetracker, you’ll dive into the full recruitment cycle for a fast‑growing SaaS company. Your day will involve screening resumes, coordinating interviews across multiple time zones, and building talent pools that feed hiring decisions for Bangalore and Delhi offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen inbound applications and flag high‑potential candidates for recruiter review.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for teams in India, the US, and Europe, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in Lever, generate recruitment dashboards, and provide market insights to hiring managers.
- Create and run personalized outreach campaigns using AI tools to improve candidate engagement.
- Represent Sitetracker’s employer brand by welcoming candidates during in‑person interviews and ensuring every touchpoint reflects company values.
- Support employer‑branding initiatives such as university outreach, talent community building, and recruitment marketing content.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, automate repetitive tasks, and contribute to the evolution of recruiting operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Lever, Greenhouse, or similar).
- Interest in enterprise SaaS hiring and competitive talent landscapes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with Excel for data analysis is a plus.
- Knowledge of performance‑based hiring principles and ability to assess capability, potential, and cultural fit.
- Current enrollment or recent graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Any certification in HR fundamentals or recruiting (e.g., SHRM‑CP, LinkedIn Learning courses) is a bonus.
What You’ll Learn
During this six‑month internship you’ll gain hands‑on experience with the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. You’ll develop a deep understanding of how a global SaaS company scales its workforce, learn to use AI‑powered recruiting tools, and build a professional network across hiring leaders and recruiters.
Resume Tip
Highlight any data‑driven projects or dashboards you’ve built in school or a side‑project, and quantify the impact (e.g., “Reduced interview scheduling time by 30% using automated calendar tools”). This shows you can translate analytics into tangible recruiting efficiencies, a key skill for Talent Acquisition roles.
