About the Role
As a Professional Services Articled Assistant at Siva Krishna and, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, assisting in tax-related tasks, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will work closely with the team to ensure compliance with company laws and regulations, and provide support in audit and assurance services. Your role will involve working with MS Excel to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tax-related tasks, including GST compliance and filing returns.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports.
- Assist in audit and assurance services, including conducting audits and preparing audit reports.
- Support the team in providing StartUp Advisory services, including financial planning and budgeting.
- Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records, including journal entries and ledgers.
- Prepare and analyze financial data using MS Excel, including creating charts and graphs.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company laws and regulations, including company law and taxation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of taxation, including GST and company law.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis and report preparation.
- Basic knowledge of auditing concepts and principles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and virtual CFO services.
