About the Role
As a Field Sales & Marketing Executive at Smkj Beverages Llp, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective marketing strategies and building strong relationships with customers. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, managing distribution networks, and executing sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and managing distribution networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including understanding their needs and preferences, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and use this information to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and customer interactions.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services, including social media, email marketing, and event planning.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including market research, customer relationship management, and sales strategy development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
